No. Your policy stays active and fully valid until it reaches its expiry date. Nothing changes about your cover during this time – you’re still protected, just as before.

If you have an annual policy, your renewal quote will be emailed to you 28 days before your policy ends. If you're due any No Claims Discount, this will be attached to your renewal email.

When your policy expires, we won’t be able to renew it or offer you a new one. To stay protected, you’ll need to arrange alternative cover with another provider before your current policy ends. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to make that move smoothly.

You can still make a claim – even after we close. Our claims team will continue to process and support all valid claims as usual. If something goes wrong, we’re still here to help put it right.

You can get your Letter of Enrolment from the Zego Delivery app, it only takes a few seconds. Simply follow these steps:

1. Open the Zego Delivery app.
2. Tap the ‘Documents’ option at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select ‘Letter of Enrolment’ from the list.
