Flexible working

Teams work better when they have time to collaborate and space to get things done. We call it Zego Hybrid. It’s not “hybrid working” as you might know it. It’s a flexible approach that allows everyone to be at their best. Zegons still have the flexibility to work from home, and we gather in our London office (or Halifax if you're joining our Clams & Fraud team) at least once a week to work together, connect and solve challenges as a team.



We know how important our health and mental wellbeing is. That's why we offer things like career coaching and private therapy when you need it. We also support you if you start a family, providing 6 months of paid maternity or adoption leave, and 18 weeks of paid parental leave to every Zegon.

We believe in an open interview process, where you can get to know us just as much as we get to know you. This is how it works.

1. The telephone interview.
An initial chat with one of our recruiters to discuss the opportunity, your career to date, and your potential suitability.

2. The hiring manager interview.
A follow-up conversation but this time with the hiring manager.

3. The technical interview.
Your time to shine! Demonstrate how you think and show off your technical strenghts.

4. The values interview.
A discussion with two Zegons to ensure yours and our values are aligned.

5. Final interview.
The final hurdle and it's short and sweet. Are you an exceptional candidate and will you bring value to the company?
