What is hire and reward insurance?
Hire and reward insurance is a type of commercial motor policy that allows you to carry passengers or parcels in return for payment.
It covers you for any damages or vehicle repairs if you’re involved in an accident, as well as legal expenses and compensation if somebody gets injured.
Sometimes referred to as Class 3 business insurance, it's a legal requirement for anyone who works as a private hire driver needing taxi insurance, van courier or drivers delivering food.
