As we continue to grow the team at Zego, the range of interests that our employees pursue outside of work becomes increasingly diverse. Every team at Zego is made up of people from a wide variety of backgrounds, which helps to create the diversity of thought required for innovation.

Zego is a fast-moving environment, which means that mental resilience is often critical for Zegons. By ensuring that we all have time to pursue other interests away from our desks, and by truly celebrating whatever it may be that a member of our team is passionate about, we can help to create a culture which is healthy, safe and engaging.

This latest video in our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging series focuses on the interests of my colleague, Sean who co-founded a music and events company and my own interests outside of work as a keen runner and breathwork instructor.

We believe that everyone at Zego has an active role to play in contributing to our culture. Over the coming weeks, we will continue to share the stories of Zegons, providing insights into the lives and hobbies of the people behind our insurance products.
