What to look out for at Zego in 2022

As the new year begins, we look ahead at some of the new product launches and events that we are looking to attend. 2021 saw us achieve unicorn status after our Series C round of fundraising, launch our flat rate policy for fleet companies and place 11th in Deloitte’s Fast 50. We are excited to go above and beyond in 2022. Here is a look at some of the landmarks to look out for this year:

1. Geographic expansion

We were very excited to begin this year with our launch in the Netherlands and further expansion in France. Our growth in Europe is providing more fleet managers with our fully-automated fleet portal as well as access to our behavioural focussed insurance products, allowing them to improve performance and take control of the price of their premiums. As we continue to grow this year, we look forward to seeing fleet companies take full advantage of the benefits that come with our innovative products.

2. Event attendance - increasing our presence at conferences

The new year will see us attend some great events to share our products and learn more about others in the industry. Some of our main upcoming events include:


As the largest insurance conference in the UK, BIBA is a fantastic opportunity for all professionals within the industry to learn and discuss the latest products and services. The conference will take place at Manchester Central between the 11th-12th of May and you can find us on stand B18. Bravo Conference

The first ever Bravo Networks National Conference will be taking place on 2nd-3rd March at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole. The conference will provide us with an opportunity to hear from the Bravo Networks leadership team, speak with their subject matter specialists and join interactive hot topic seminars. Come and find us on Stand 21 to learn more about our products and tech-led offerings.


Private Hire and Taxi Monthly is the leading trade newspaper for the private hire and Hackney carriage. The company also organises the only national private hire and taxi exhibition in the UK each year which has been running since 1993. The PHTM Expo will be taking place between the 31st of May and the 1st of June at ArenaMK.

3. Partnerships - expanding our vehicle coverage and improving insights


We are very excited to have recently partnered with AVIVA. As one of the UK’s largest traditional insurance providers, our partnership will help to bring innovation into the industry on a greater scale. We’re combining their trusted insurance products with our technology, data and analytics to provide groundbreaking options for customers. Our multi-year partnership will combine our behavioural driving insights with Aviva’s expertise in fleet underwriting and will also allow us to provide cover for haulage vehicles.


We’re building on our partnership with ABAX to showcase customer success stories that are mutually beneficial. We aim to provide more insights and news on how we’re helping our customers and educating them on the benefits of telematics and connected data. In March, we will be kicking off a bi-monthly webinar series to promote our latest product offerings and discuss their functions.
