Here at Zego, we’re on a mission to make insurance simple, affordable and fair. Whether we’re protecting a nationwide taxi fleet or a self-employed scooter delivery rider, we know that our cover needs to be better than the rest.

To build the best insurance products, we need to build the best team.

The way we work

In the last few years, the way people work has changed. The pandemic transformed us from a largely office-based nation to a fully remote workforce in just a few weeks.

Now that things have begun to settle into what we might call our new normal, businesses are figuring out how to create the best working patterns and environments for their people.

Meet Zego Hybrid

We believe that teams work better when they have time to collaborate and space to get things done. We call it Zego Hybrid.

It’s not “hybrid working” as you might know it – we don’t make our teams work from the office on set days. It’s a flexible approach that allows every one of our people to be their best.

Home is still our primary place of work, with team days and events at our London office when we need to get together. We cover the costs for all company-wide events, and provide a separate hybrid budget to help each team member pay towards the cost of getting to and from the office when they need to.

We think it’s a good mix of collaborative face time and flexible home-working — setting us up to achieve that right balance between work and life.
