And, to build the best insurance products, we need to build the best team.

The way we work

In the last few years, the way people work has changed.

The pandemic transformed us from a largely office-based nation to a fully remote workforce in just a few weeks.

Now that things have settled into a new normal, businesses are figuring out how to create the best working patterns and environments for their people.

Meet Zego Hybrid

We believe that teams work better when they have time to collaborate and space to get things done. We call it Zego Hybrid.

It’s not “hybrid working” as you might know it. It’s a flexible approach that allows everyone at Zego to be their best.

Zegons still have the flexibility to work from home, and we gather in our London office (or Halifax if you're joining our Clams & Fraud team) at least once a week to work together, connect and solve challenges as a team.

We provide a separate hybrid budget contribution to help each team member pay towards the cost of getting to and from the office when they need to.

We think it’s a good mix of collaborative face time and flexible home-working — setting us up to achieve the right balance between work and life.
