How to renew your policy
Renewing your policy with Zego is simple and convenient. Whether you prefer using one of our apps or following the instructions in your renewal email, we’ve outlined everything you need to know to make the process quick and easy.

When you receive your renewal email, it will include a step-by-step guide to help you set up your next policy seamlessly.via My Zego
For most Zego policies, you can renew by logging into your My Zego account.Log into your My Zego account
Navigate to ‘My Policies’
Follow the on-screen instructions
via Zego Sense app
Open the latest version of the Zego Sense App on your mobile phone.
Navigate to the ‘Policies’ section at the bottom of the screen.
Tap ‘Renew now’ on the policy you’d like to renew and follow the instructions on the screen.
via Zego Delivery app
Open the app and navigate to the ‘Policies’ section.
Select ‘Renew now’ and complete the process by following the prompts.
