One of the questions we hear a lot is: Can I delete and restart a new quote in the Zego Delivery app?

The answer is 'yes', it's a lot easier than you might think and you don't have to call us to do it!

Here’s how to delete and restart a new quote in the Zego Delivery app:

First, make sure your Zego Delivery app is the most up-to-date version. You can check this through your phone’s App Store.

1. Open the Zego Delivery app.

2. Tap the ‘Cover’ option at the bottom of the screen.

3. Tap the 'Red Bin' icon on the right side of your registration or quote.

4. You'll see a notification asking, "Are you sure you wish to cancel this signup? Any progress will be lost." then tap 'Yes'.

5. You’ll now be able to select other products and start a new quote.

And that’s it, easy! You can now restart your quotes anytime you need to.
